The following terms & conditions are applicable as of December 2010. Gow Langsford Gallery reserves the right to change these terms of trade without notice. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding anything you read here.

Privacy & Security


Your Privacy

Gow Langsford Gallery will respect your privacy, the information collected for your order will not be distributed to third parties other than for the purposes of your order.

Payment Privacy
To protect your credit card details from unauthorised access payments are processed through the Paypal secure online facility without sharing financial information. Gow Langsford Gallery does not store credit card information. If you would prefer to collect your purchase from the gallery you can also pay at the Gallery.

Shipping


Our shipping charges include handling, packing and freight.  All goods are sent by courier and require a receipt of delivery signature. 

Customs charges and import tax.

When we export to you our charges exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). You are responsible for any duties or local taxes payable in the country of destination. For more information you should contact a customs agent in your country.

Competition Terms & Conditions


Definitions
- The 'Promoter' is Gow Langsford Gallery

Qualifying Entrants
- Competitions are open to all, excluding employees of GLG and their family and anyone or any organisation associated with the planning of the competition and their family.
- GLG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
The Prize
- The prize is a full boxed set, containing seven Dick Frizzell, limited edition Rugby World Cup 2011, screen-prints, each individually signed by the artist. The prize is valued at $6,900 (incl GST).
 
Winning the Prize
- Entry to the competition is achieved by correctly entering the competition.  Only completed entries will be entered into the prize draw.
- The competition closes at midnight on 19th September, 2011 and will be drawn at the launch of Dick Frizzell's Original Paintings on 20th September, 2011.
- Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize ('the Winner').
- The Winner will be determined by the Promoter who shall for this purpose be deemed the Judge.
- The Judge's determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Winner will be notified by email, phone or mail and must be consent to use or their names for any publicity that may be required by GLG.
- Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (eg when the Winner cannot be contacted after three attempts or email sent is returned) the Judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
- Where the Winner is required to claim the prize in person and they must provide proper identification (eg  driver's licence, passport, birth certificate).
- If the Winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or guardian must give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.
- The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies GLG in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
- The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, freight or other costs that may be associated with the prize. Additional expenses which may be incurred due to winning a competition (for example but not limited too: travel costs, accommodation, spending money, meals, beverages, insurance and all other ancillary costs) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GLG Responsibility
- GLG's decisions on all matters regarding competitions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- GLG reserves the right to extend, change or terminate any competition at any time for any reason.
- GLG takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, Acts of God or otherwise.
- GLG will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever of for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prizes (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law).

Acceptance
- By entering the competition you accept all these terms and conditions.
