The following Shipping terms & conditions are applicable as of December 2010. We reserve the right to change these terms of trade without notice. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding anything you read here.

Shipping


Delivery Methods
For online orders, we currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, UK, Europe & USA. For all other countries please email us so we can give you an accurate shipping price and process your order manually.

Delivery Times
All works will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your paid order.

The estimated shipping times are below:

Domestic:
North Island: 4 working days

South Island: 5 working days


International:

Australia: 5-6 working days
Hong Kong: 6-7 working days
Japan: 6-7 working days
United Kingdom: 6-8 working days
Europe: 6-8 working days  

USA: 6 -9 working days

Please note that international target times may be impacted by customs and agriculture inspections, which we are not able to control. We are also not responsible for delays in shipping due to natural disasters, strikes or events outside of our control.

South Island: GST 15% ($900) + shipping ($103.50)


International:

Australia: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($230)
Hong Kong: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($300)
Japan: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($300)
United Kingdom: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($330)
Europe: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($330)  

USA: GST 0% ($0) + shipping ($350)

Returns & Replacements


If any item is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate, while meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Packaging & Transit Damage


We have over 20 years of experience in packing and shipping to destinations all over the world. In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain the goods and the packaging and documents and contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may lodge a claim with the courier company. Under the terms and conditions of our freight providers we are unable to process claims outside of this timeframe.

Product Care


All of our screen-prints require delicate handling. To ensure a long life we recommend that you have your works professionally framed with conservation glass and that you install the works away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
