What do I get in my boxed set?

Each boxed set includes seven limited edition screen-prints by Dick Frizzell. Each is individually signed by the artist. Your box also includes a collectable frontispiece which has images and details of the screen-prints, and information on Dick Frizzell.

Can I see the prints before I buy them?

Yes, you can visit Gow Langsford Gallery and ask to view a sample set. See our website for opening hours.

What is a limited edition screen-print?

The nature of a limited edition means there will only be a set number of prints (300) created after which point there will be no more available. These screen-prints use an original design by Dick Frizzell and have each been signed and numbered in pencil by Dick Frizzell.

Can I buy editions individually?

Yes. A limited number of editions are now also available individually. If you are interested in purchasing an individual print please contact Gow Langsford Gallery.

Can I collect my boxed set from Gow Langsford Gallery?

Yes. Save on shipping costs and collect your set from the gallery.

Can I get my order delivered to a post office box?

No, all orders are sent by courier and must be signed on delivery.

What is GST?

New Zealand Goods and Services Tax is a national tax of 15% on all goods and services and is applied during the ordering process. Tax free prices are available on goods being sent directly outside New Zealand.

What customs charges and taxes do I need to pay?

When we export to you our charges exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). You are responsible for any duties or local taxes payable in the country of destination. For more information you should contact a customs agent in your country.

How long will it take to get my boxed set once my order is confirmed?

All works will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your paid order. Click here for estimated shipping times.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal accepts major credit card or debit cards, or payment from Paypal accounts.

When will I be billed for my order?

You will be charged for your purchase during the ordering process.

How many boxed sets are available?

There are 300 sets available.

I want to buy more than three sets using the cart, but I can't. Why not?

If you are wanting to get more than three sets you can, but please contact us so we can ensure you get the best possible rate for shipping to your destination. We will process your order once we have all the information available.

Can I order / purchase a set now and collect it at a later stage?

Yes. Please email us to let us know when you would like to collect your set.

If I register my interest for purchasing an individual print is there a charge?

No, we will keep a record of your interest and contact you in due course.

How do I know my works are from the edition and not a copy?

All of your screen-prints are individually signed and dated in pencil by Dick Frizzell.

How will the editions be packed?

Your box set will be sent to you in a custom-made lightweight travelling box.

What does the shipping charge include?

Our shipping charges include handling, packing and freight. All goods are sent by courier and require a receipt of delivery signature.

I haven’t received my order and it’s been more than the estimated shipping time, what do I do?

All international packages are sent using DHL international courier. You will be emailed a tracking number once they have been dispatched and can track the status of your shipment on their website.

You can buy Frizzell’s range of t-shirts and sweat-shirts online here or from the Rugby World Cup Superstore in the Maritime Museum Building, Viaduct Basin, Quay Street, Auckland.
